At our gym, we have been working hard, beavering away in our small closet like office…. Gary hasn’t seen the light of day for weeks , but finally it is here!  Our shiny new class timetable.  We really like it, and we hope you do too!

We looked at the feedback.  You wanted more classes in the evenings. You wanted to be less rushed when dropping off the kids at the creche.  You wanted more of Bec’s THT!  We think we have done that, and more… more classes than ever before, and with our bootcamp coming soon we are aiming to keep you super motivated!
